The Wonders Of Winter

 

In winter, take off on skis. There's downhill and Nordic skiing, as well as snowshoeing and snowmobiling to keep you hopping. Not to mention the fabulous alpine skiing and boarding at Lake Tahoe's world-class resorts within an hour drive.

 

Making snowmen and snow angels as well as joining in on friendly snowball fights are also family favorites during the snowy season.
