2024 Required Fees

 

Grizzly Ranch Homeowners Association (HOA)

• Dues are $527 per quarter.

• Quarterly Homeowners Association dues ensure access to the Outpost Recreation Center, snow removal on community roads, as well as common grounds, gate house, road and gate maintenance.

Community Service District (CSD)

• Dues total $1676 per year and are paid with the property tax.

• Includes water and sewage usage.

Community Enhancement Fee

• This is a one-time fee of 1% of the purchase price due at closing of each ownership transfer/sale.

• Membership at Grizzly Ranch Golf Club is optional.

• Family membership rate is offered at $5,998 (two people)

• Single membership rate is offered at $2,999 per person/per season​

• 8-Play Pass: $1,040

• Spring Season: $125

• Prime Season: $175 (NCGA $140)

• Twilight $110

• Group Rates: $130 (12 players or more)

• 9 Holes: $80
