Grizzly Ranch Community Services District
It is the mission of the Grizzly Ranch Community Services District to provide safe clean drinking and cooking water to the community, to maintain a reliable waste-water treatment facility, and to minimize the cost of services to all residents and other entities who are part of the District.

Since becoming independently managed and operated in 2017, the CSD has made great strides in improving the District’s water and sewer operating systems. The CSD has made improvements to the water treatment system providing continuous clean quality drinking water while maintaining regulatory compliance. An advanced system has been installed allowing the District to treat and reclaim 100% of its wastewater product. The CSD continues to improve managerial and operational advancements in the District to ensure great quality service and production for future growth.

Contacting and Working with the CSD
The Grizzly Ranch CSD staff and two on-site operators are is available 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A CSD office clerk is available Tuesday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
