Each homesite has been sensitively sited to take advantage of views including the surrounding mountain peaks, golf course, tranquil valleys and meadows and groves of towering pine, fir and cedar. Some homesites invite soothing sounds of Big Grizzly Creek.
The community's forested terrain slopes from north to south, creating southern exposure for most homesites.
The homesites feature a selection of fabulous homesite sizes range from .5 to 2.5 acres with most sites being approximately one acre. Building envelopes are provided for each homesite, protecting privacy and view corridors.
Once you choose your site, you can select from our library of pre-approved plans especially created for Grizzly Ranch (resulting in substantial savings) or team with your own architect/designer. We can also introduce you to local builders whose talented handiwork is already a part of Grizzly Ranch.
Even with more than a 1000 acres, Grizzly Ranch is thoughtfully limited to just 380 homes. Some 400 acres are dedicated to open space under the guidance of the Grizzly Ranch Conservancy, the environmental steward created to improve and protect waterways, wetlands, and wildlife habitat.
