The Vision And The Commitment

 

Grizzly Ranch is fortunate to have a comprehensive team of talented and experienced professionals with an uncommon vision for this exceptional land overlooking the Sierra Valley and Beckwourth Peak and bordering Big Grizzly Creek. Their vision was to create "an intimate community in harmony with nature, offering families the enjoyment of both the pristine natural beauty and a complementary array of recreational amenities". Behind it all was the commitment to protect its pure character.

 

These “Founders At Grizzly Ranch” utilized not only their own expertise and ingenuity, but those of industry leaders such as master planner Gage Davis of Crosswater, Lahontan and Arrowhead at Vail fame as well as renowned golf course architect Bob Cupp.

 

During the past few years, two dedicated groups of Grizzly Ranch property owners, associates and some of the original "Founders", acquired the golf course and the remaining 63 completed homesites (230 homesites have been sold) plus 425 acres approved for up to 87 homesites.

 

Today, these two integrated owner groups, who share a common passion for the Sierra Nevada, are fully committed to the realization of the Grizzly Ranch vision.
